 About NTTAC

National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC)

Navigating Training & Technical Assistance

What Is NTTAC?

  • National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) is a process by which we provide Community Health Centers (CHCs) participants with Training (T)  and Technical Assistance (TA).

  • We define Training: as providing information to develop skills, knowledge, and attitudes that can be applied to better performance in the workplace.

  • Through these Trainings: participants become more effective, competent and efficient in their roles to improve clinical quality and patient safety and accomplish the Mission of their organization.

  • Technical Assistance: is a process of developing creative, cost-effective ways to provide targeted support to CHCs.

  • The TA improves Clinical Quality and Patient Safety, by addressing a developmental need, develop a strategic plan for long term change or create innovative approaches to emerging complex issues.

About IPDC's NTTAC:

  • Tailored TTA can be either short or long term depending on the needs of the organization. TA generally requires a detailed work plan that include measurable objectives and a timeline or schedule to ensure
