Navigating Training & Technical Assistance
What Is NTTAC?
-
National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) is a process by which we provide Community Health Centers (CHCs) participants with Training (T) and Technical Assistance (TA).
-
We define Training: as providing information to develop skills, knowledge, and attitudes that can be applied to better performance in the workplace.
-
Through these Trainings: participants become more effective, competent and efficient in their roles to improve clinical quality and patient safety and accomplish the Mission of their organization.
-
Technical Assistance: is a process of developing creative, cost-effective ways to provide targeted support to CHCs.
-
The TA improves Clinical Quality and Patient Safety, by addressing a developmental need, develop a strategic plan for long term change or create innovative approaches to emerging complex issues.
